- 3 cups of juicy watermelon, cut into 1-inch pieces or scooped with a melon baller

- 1 dragon fruit, halved and scooped
- 2 cups of pitted and halved cherries
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 1–2 teaspoons of poppy seeds
- Optional: honey, lime juice, lime zest (for the dressing)
Instructions
- Prepare the fruits: Cut the watermelon, slice the strawberries, and scoop the dragon fruit. Halve the cherries and chop the mint leaves.
- Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, and dragon fruit.
- Prepare the dressing (optional): In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Add the dressing to the salad: Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine.
- Add special touches: Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and poppy seeds over the salad.
- Serve: Chill the salad for the best flavor, and serve in a large clear bowl or individual servings.
Notes
- The salad can be made a few hours in advance but add mint and poppy seeds just before serving to keep their flavors fresh.
