  • 1 dragon fruit, halved and scooped
  • 2 cups of pitted and halved cherries
  • 34 fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
  • 12 teaspoons of poppy seeds
  • Optional: honey, lime juice, lime zest (for the dressing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits: Cut the watermelon, slice the strawberries, and scoop the dragon fruit. Halve the cherries and chop the mint leaves.
  2. Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries, and dragon fruit.
  3. Prepare the dressing (optional): In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  4. Add the dressing to the salad: Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to combine.
  5. Add special touches: Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and poppy seeds over the salad.
