- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 oz high-quality white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A few drops of blue gel food coloring
- Optional: ¼ tsp peppermint extract

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, warm 1 ½ cups of whole milk and ½ cup of heavy cream.
- Add 4 oz of chopped white chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Slowly add blue gel food coloring, stirring after each drop, until the desired icy-blue hue is achieved.
- (Optional) Add ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract for a minty twist.
- Pour the cocoa into mugs and top with whipped cream and festive garnishes of your choice.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a dairy-free version, substitute whole milk and cream with almond, soy, or oat milk.
