Instructions
- Preheat the Oven

- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Prepare the Egg Mixture

- Crack eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

- Fold in spinach, onions, bell peppers, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the Dish
