  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 quarts High Smoke Point Oil (vegetable, canola, or peanut oil)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried parsley, and salt.
  3. Add the wings to the flour mixture and toss until well-coated. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the wings in batches, ensuring the oil stays at the right temperature.
  5. Fry for 8-10 minutes or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Drain the wings on a wire rack or paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or seasoning for extra flavor.
