- 32 ounces of frozen Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (2 boxes)
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, chicken broth, and cheeses.
- In the crockpot, layer 3 cups of chicken broth as the base.
- Add a layer of frozen pierogies, then distribute the kielbasa evenly on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the layers.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, mix softened cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth and add it to the crockpot.
- Top with more shredded cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low heat.
