  • 32 ounces of frozen Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (2 boxes)
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, chicken broth, and cheeses.
  2. In the crockpot, layer 3 cups of chicken broth as the base.
  3. Add a layer of frozen pierogies, then distribute the kielbasa evenly on top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the layers.
  5. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  6. 30 minutes before serving, mix softened cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth and add it to the crockpot.
  7. Top with more shredded cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low heat.
