Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Grind Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Fold in the broken Oreo chunks.
  5. Pour batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then at room temperature for another hour. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream, ganache, or extra Oreos.
