Instructions

  2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves) in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash the bananas and add pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently. Don’t overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then on a wire rack.
